Low phase noise and wide-temperature stability rarely come together in a surface-mount package. The FO0914A OCXO from FCD-Tech B.V. delivers both, reaching −165 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset in a reflow-ready 14 x 9 mm SMD footprint that operates from −55 °C to +85 °C.

Key Specifications & Performance Features
Built as a compact reference for systems where clock purity and drift set the performance limit, the FO0914A covers 10 to 100 MHz, with 10, 20, 40 and 50 MHz as nominal frequencies.

• Low Phase Noise: Down to −130 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz, −155 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and −165 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset at 10 MHz.
