Oven-controlled stability usually comes in a bulky package. The FO0907L OCXO from FCD-Tech B.V. brings ppb-level temperature stability and a −155 dBc/Hz phase noise floor to a 9 x 7 mm SMD footprint, ready for standard reflow assembly and space-constrained boards.

Designed as a compact frequency reference for systems that cannot tolerate drift, the FO0907L covers 5 to 50 MHz, with 10 MHz and 40 MHz as nominal frequencies.

• Ultra-Stable Over Temperature: ±5 ppb from −20 °C to +70 °C and ±10 ppb across the full −45 °C to +85 °C range.
