The AXM55310-16 is a MIL-grade Crystal Oscillator (XO) with TTL output in accordance with MIL-55310/16H in a through hole package (THD), size 20.7 x 13.1 7.5 mm. Available frequency range is from 0.150 to 80.000 MHz. Various options are available for the initial frequency accuracy at 23°C as also over operating temperature range (see table 1 datasheet). Output logic is TTL. Supply voltage for this crystal oscillator is 5V. Test conditions are according to MIL-PRF55310 and IEC60679-1. Screening Level B includes 100% electrical test, leak test, thermal cycling (-55/+85°C, 5 cycles), burn-in (160hrs@125°C), frequency stability vs. temperature. 55310 mil grade
