The SX7CW is a CMOS oscillator in a ceramic 6 pad miniature SMD package with size 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8 mm. This oscillator is available for frequency range 125.0 - 800.0 MHz and has a multiplier circuit to create high frequency output.
