The AXIS45 wide band Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) with low Jitter HCMOS output logic in standard DIL14 package, size 20.7 x 13.1 x 7.5 mm. The AXIS45 VCXO is a replacement of Fujitsu M2 (F100). Frequency range is from 3 to 30 MHz with standard frequencies : 16.384 / 24.576 / 27.000 MHz. This wideband VCXO several options for frequency pullability with a maximum range of +/-3000 ppm (see option 2 in datasheet). Output logic is HCMOS with low Jitter. Supply voltage 3.3V or 5.0V.
