The AXIS30 wideband VCXO (Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator) with low Jitter HCMOS output logic in SMD package, size 14.4 x 9.5 x 6 mm. The AXIS30 VCXO is a replacement of Fujitsu M2 (F100). Frequency range is from 10 to 90 MHz with standard frequencies : 12.288 / 16.384 / 22.579 / 24.576 / 27.000 / 28.224 MHz. This wideband low jitter VCXO has several options for frequency pullability with a maximum range of +/-3000 ppm (see option 2 in datasheet). Output logic is HCMOS with low Jitter. Supply voltage 3.3V or 5.0V.
