The AXGX3434G is a Gated Microwave Oscillator with Sine Wave output of 1 Watt in a metal through hole package, size 34 x 34 x 12.7 mm. This Microwave Oscillator is available for frequency range 1000 MHz to 1100 MHz with standard frequencies 1030 MHz and 1090 MHz. The AXGX3434G microwave oscillator has a High Stability with frequency tolerance at 25°C of +5 ppm and +15 ppm over operating temperature range -55 to +85°C. Output of the microwave oscillator is Sine Wave at +30 dBm (50Ω) with low phase noise levels. Turn-on and turn-off time is 50 ns max. The supply voltage is 15V. This microwave oscillator is the equivalent of the MW1030GYT-02 and MW1090GYT-02 and used mainly in IFF Radar applications.
