# AXGX90 - Gated High Stability Crystal Oscillator (950 - 1532MHz, SMA)

The AXGX90 is a Gated High Stability Crystal Oscillator with Sine Wave output in SMA connectorized package, size 54 x 40 x 19 mm. This Gated Microwave Oscillator is designed to operate in the frequency range from 950MHz to 1532MHz. Standard frequencies are 1030MHz and 1090MHz. The AXGX90 Microwave Oscillator has a high stability with frequency tolerance at 25°C of +/-10 ppm and +/-30 ppm over operating temperature range -40 to +70°C. Output of the crystal oscillator is Sine Wave at +12 dBm typical (50Ω). When using this crystal oscillator with the Gate function the turm-on time is 30 ns and turn-off is 10 ns (Output level Gate OFF is -50 dBc). The supply voltage is 12V.
The AXGX90 can be used as replacement for the MW1030GYT-01 and MW1090GYT-01 oscillators for secondary radar  applications (IFF Radar). mw1030gyt-01 oscillator, 1030 iff oscillator iff oscillator
