The SX7EF is an oscillator with LVPECL output in a miniature SMD package with size 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.8 mm. The SX7EF oscillator covers a wide frequency range of 38.0 - 640.0 MHz and has a jitter design based on multiplier circuit.
